Terms and Conditions

■ Prices quoted include all duties and taxes.

■ All stock is priced per bottle.

■ To complete the ordering process, BBS will require the following: contact telephone number (and alternative if relevant), contact email address (for invoicing) and delivery address (optional: delivery details if access is difficult). Failure to provide any one of these may delay delivery of goods and incur a re-delivery fee.

■ All details will be used solely for the purpose of delivering goods and unless prompted, will not be used for marketing purposes.

■ All payments are made securely via the payment screen at checkout.

■ If there are any shortages, BBS will inform the customer promptly.

■ BBS use a trusted haulier and courier company whom we have had a long relationships with. If there is no answer on delivery and no safe place or alternative contacts cannot be reached or found, there may be a re delivery charge of £8.99 applied to the order. All details must be provided at the point of ordering to avoid delays.

■ Orders must be checked immediately on arrival and any issues must be reported to us at BBS via email at info@bbswine.com or call us on 01403 710100. Please supply photo evidence if damage has occurred.

■ The goods are at the risk of the buyer from the time of delivery.
