Can I order as a retail customer?

Unfortunately not. BBS wines sell direct to the off trade, but if you see a wine of interest, we would be very happy to point you in the direction of any stockists near you.

How do I place an order?

If you hold an account with us, you can place your order over the phone with one of us in the office on 01403 710100 or drop us an email at orders@bbswine.com.

What are the delivery options?

BBS outsources all deliveries to several trusted hauliers who deliver nationwide. There are several delivery options available and we can offer the best option for you. Please call our office on 01403 710100 to discuss further.

Please note, all deliveries via our hauliers arrive on shrink wrapped pallets and must be signed for. If nobody is present to sign for the delivery, a surcharge fee will be applied for redelivery.

Can I get small orders delivered?

If you would like to order less than 10 dozen bottles, please contact us in the office on 01403 710100 or email us at info@bbswine.com for assistance.

Can I track my delivery?

All pallets can be tracked by our team in the office. You can call our office on 01403 710100 who will be able to assist.

Please note, standard delivery for all pallets is between 9am-5pm unless otherwise specified.
