Prices quoted by your sales contact are subject to currency movements, supplier increases and tax changes. We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice.

Samples are available and may be charged for.

Rates are calculated according to quarter (10-24cases), half (25-49) and full pallet (50+) sizes. Each case is considered to be 12x75cl or equivalent. E.g 12x75cl = 1 case, 24×37.5cl = 1 case, 48x20cl = 1 case. 6x150cl = 1 case

When a wine has changed vintage we will supply the new vintage of wine that we have available.

Delivery is free for most areas of UK mainland for orders of 10 cases of 12x75cl or equivalent. There may be additional charges for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands.

Case rate charged is based on volume delivered, items placed on back order do not count towards this volume.

Consignments must be checked immediately on delivery and details of any shortages or damage must be marked on the delivery note.

The goods are at the risk of the buyer from the time of delivery.

Title to the goods shall remain vested in the Seller and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by the Seller.
